Microphone — needed for calls

  1. Sign in, enter the number and press Call.
  2. If your browser asks to use the microphone, choose Allow. If you already allowed it, it may not ask again.
  3. If access is blocked, open your browser’s site permissions for this webphone and allow the microphone. Also check that your device’s privacy settings allow your browser to use it.
  4. If a reload is required, end any call and sign out first. Then reload, sign in and try again.

If you cannot hear the call
